Wai Ora Lakeside Spa Resort Rotorua, Rotorua

My stay at the resort was quite disappointing. While the spa treatment was lovely, the overall cleanliness and service left much to be desired. The empty pools and inadequate dining options really impacted our experience, especially with a toddler. I had hoped for a relaxing getaway, but constant maintenance issues detracted from that.

I had mixed feelings about my stay at this resort. While there were some positives like the comfortable bed and the plentiful amenities, I found the overall experience less than ideal. The location is lovely by the lake, but the service and dining could use significant improvements. The value for money doesn't quite match the expectations set by the hotel's presentation.
